  LAKE CITY GRAPHIC, IOWA, Thursday, November 30, 1950. JAMES A. RENFRO
 James A. Renfro of Lake City, Iowa, passed away suddenly at his home Saturday afternoon, abut 1:25 p.m. of heart attack. He has been in poor health for several years.
 He was born November 17, 1881 at Macon, Ill.. the of the late Albert and Luthera Renfro of Macon, Ill.
 He was united in marriage with Maud Sawyer of Macon Feb. 19, 1902 and to this union two children were born, Ethel, the wife of Myrack Vander Mulen of Scranton and Albert of Omaha, Neb. His wife preceded him in death on Jan. 25, 1949.
 On July 23, 1950 he was united in marriage to Mrs. Freda Friedel who survives him. He leaves three brothers and sisters, Howard Renfro and Mrs. Mary Loomis of Macon, Mrs. Icy Spalding and John Renfro of Decatur, Ill., Clarence Renfro of Kansas City, Mo., and Mrs. Lena Seagle of Nokomis, Ill. He also leaves 15 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren, a host of friends and other relatives to mourn his loss. He was a member of the Baptist church for several years and will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
 Funeral services in charge of Squires Funeral Home, were held Tuesday at 2 p.m. at the Baptist church, the Rev. Philip Andersen in charge. Interment was in the Lake City Cemetery.
