Renfro, 42, 1st married at 19, farmer; wife Effie A., 43, 1st married at 19, Clarence A., 22, single; Cecil A. 19, Beulah A. 13; living in Fancy Creek, Sangamon Co., Illinios (film T626, sheet 8A) ----- CLARENCE RENFRO DIES IN KANSAS CITY MARCH 27 Clarence Alvin Renfro, son of Albert and Luthera Hill Renfro, was born January 12, 1888, near Macon, Illinois, and passed away March 27th, 1955, at Kansas City, Missouri. He was married to Effie Manley July 4th, 1906. Besides his wife he leaves to mourn his loss, two sons and a daughter, Clarence Jr., 2314 Poplar Street, Cecil A., 608 Indiana Avenue, and Beulah Babler, 217 S. Askew Street, Kansas City, Mo.; eight grandsons and thee granddaughters; and the following brothers and sisters: Icy Spalding and John Renfro of Decatur; Howard Renfro of Dalton City, Lena Seagle and Mamie Loomis of Kokomis. He was a member of the Independence Avenue Baptist Church and Independent Order of Odd Fellows No. 49, of Liberty, Mo. Services were held in the Mellody-McGilley-Eylar Funeral Home. Interment was made in Floral Hills cemetery. Those who attended the funeral from Illinois were Howard Renfro of Dalton City; John Renfro, Decatur; Mrs. Gordon Galloway, Pawnee; Virgil Renfro, Macon; Mr. and Mrs. Glenn Loomis and Mr. and Mrs. Earl Seagle, Nokomis.
