 James A. Richardson
 Assumption- James A. Richardson, 70, retired farmer, died in his homehere at 2:45 o'clock Monday morning. Death was caused by a complication of diseases.
 Mr. Richardson was born in Belleville, Ill. on Jan 31, 1860, and he had spent much of his life in this community. He is survived by his wife and the following children: Lawrence, of Decatur; Mrs. William McCloud, of Owaneco; Lewis, of Kansas; Mrs. Guy McBride of Assumption; Clement, Leo, Gertrude and Francis, all of Assumption, and Mrs. Walter Schloz, Pana.
 Funeral services will be conducted at 9 o'clock Wednesday morning in St. Mary's Catholic church here, of which he was a member. Burial will be in St. Mary's cemetery.
