Services for Walter C. Power, 82, a retired advertising executive, will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday in Loyola Academy Chapel, Wilmette. Mr. Power, who retired in 1971 after 43 years of work for many advertising agencies, died Sept. 26 in St. Mary's Hospital, Evansville, Ind., where he moved last year after 40 years in Evanston. He is survived by his wife, Betty; two daughters, Barbara Jones and Diane Burke; four grandchildren; and a brother
