  Abt. Oct 1934 81st. BIRTHDAY IS OBSERVED The 81st birthday of T.W. McComb, 1408 East Main, an event of tomorrow, was celebrated Sunday when a family dinner was held in the home of Mr. and Mrs. McComb.
 Two of the honor guest's three sons were present. They were Mr. and Mrs. C.E. McComb of Dayton, Ohio, who arrived a few days ago accompanied by their son and his wife, Mr. and Mrs. Edward McComb of Middletown, Ohio, and their son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Herman Betts and daughter, Catherine of Dayton. The other son is Floyd McComb of Blanchard who was accompanied by his wife and their three children. The third son, William McComb of Phoenix, Ariz., was unable to be here.
 Mr. McComb has been a resident of Oklahoma 25 years and lived in Apache before locating in Enid 11 years ago.

  T.W. McComb, 83, died last night at his home, 1408 East Main, shortly after 10 o'clock of general complications. His health had been failing for some time.
 McComb had lived in Enid for more than 12 years. He came to the city from Apache. Besides his of the home(????) he leaves 3 sons, Evertt of Dayton, Ohio; Will and Floyd of Phoenix, Arizona, 3 grandchildren and a great grandson. No arrangements have been made late last night. the body is in care of the Schaeffer Funeral Home.
  ENID MORNING NEWSJuly 24, 1936
  Funeral services for T.W. McComb, 83, who died at his home, 1408 East Main St. will be held this morning at 9:30 o'clock at his home. The Rev. G. Edwin Osborn will officiate. Mr. McComb has lived in Enid for 12 years coming here from Apache. After the Enid services the body will be taken to Apache for services at 3 o'clock in the Christian Church with Rev. Coats presiding.
