The death cert is stamped "delayed", and has a date of 25 Jun 1856. Grandmother (his niece) wrote down 25 Jun 1858 from her records, and she didn't get married until she was 41, so she was the family historian. Got to go with Grannie. The death cert is delayed so might have the year wrong
