KY death cert # 7965 Crittenden Co., age 81 12 Apr 1947 might be a different George M. Crider - there is another b. ~1865 married to Lula with two sons in Crittenden. (Loutisha Pickering m. 2 May 1894).

Crittenden Press, April 12, 1917 - George McClelland Crider was born July 25, 1861, was married July 21, 1891 to Miss Cora Pierce, youngest daughter of the late J.P. Pierce. She preceded him to the grave less than a year ago. His father Presley Crider was a noted Cumberland Presbyterian Minister who married a Miss Shipton of Illinois, and to the union, he was the only son and Mrs. Elvah Cochran, wife of T.H. Cochran was the only daughter. He died of gastritis of which he had suffered for some time and for which Dr. Clement gave him a treatment on Wednesday evening.
