Note: A Samuel is listed in the biography of Robert L. Bond (his brother) in Memoirs of the Lower Ohio Valley, Federal Pub. Co, Madison, WI, 1905. This information was taken directly from Robert L. Bond, who was still alive at the time, and so would have been a brother that he remembered growing up. However, no Samuel Bond of this age is recorded in the area, and by 1863, he has died, and is not mentioned in his father's will.
Presumably with father (showing 6 sons) in 1840, but no Samuel Bond born KY in the 1850 census.
