  Mary E. (Rohrbach) Nester, 80, died December 7, 2011 at the Sanatoga Center, Lower Pottsgrove Twp., where she was a guest for 13 weeks. She was formerly of Queen St., Pottstown. Mrs. Nester was the widow of Charles L. Nester and was married for 42 years.
 Born in East Vincent Township, she was a daughter of the late Lloyd E. Rohrbach and the late Catharine (McCormick)Rohrbach.
 Mrs. Nester graduated from Spring City High School class of 1949 and was a member of the girls Softball Team. She loved camping and previously had a permanent site at the former Hickory Park Camp Site. Mrs. Nester also was an avid Philadelphia sports fan. She was a member of Saint John's United Church of Christ, Pottstown. Mrs. Nester was a member of Schuykill Chapter #338 Order of Eastern Star, Pottstown and she was active with the Rainbow Girls.
 She is survived by three daughter's Connie A. Booz, Brenda L. wife of Brian R. Strouse; Roxanne H. wife of Jeffery Lafferty, all of Pottstown; seven grandchildren, Steven Strouse, Charles Booz, Krista Potter, Andrew Booz, Jeffrey Lafferty, Jr., Scott Lafferty, and Rachel Strouse; and one great-grandchild, Addison Lafferty; two brothers, David Rohrbach and his wife Minerva "Sis", Frederick; Harold Rohrbach and his wife Ruth, Elverson. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Lloyd Rohrbach Jr., and Kenneth Rohrbach.
 Funeral services will be held 11:00 am on Monday December 12, 2011 from the Schumacher & Benner Funeral Home & Crematory, 359 King St. Pottstown. Officiating will be Reverend Karen Nuscher-Creasy. There will be a viewing from 10:00 am until 10:45 am on Monday at the funeral home followed by Eastern Star Services by Schuylkill Chapter #338 at 10:45. Burial will be in Highland Memorial Park, Pottstown.
 In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in her memory to Saint John's United Church of Christ, 11 S. Price St., Pottstown, Pennsylvania 19464.
 Arrangements are by the Schumacher & Benner Funeral Home & Crematory, at 359 King St. in Pottstown, Pennsylvania
