Note: Winifred A. Levan Dies at Age 59
Winifred A. (Rotz) Levan, 59, widow of Frank W. Levan, 1102 Kepler Road, Lower Pottsgrove Township, died early Thursday in Medical Center North where she was a patient for two days. Born in Stowe, she was a daughter of the late Horace and Ida (Trievel) Rotz. Before retiring three years ago, Mrs. Levan was an attendant at Pennhurst State School and Hospital, Spring City RD, for 11 years. Surviving are three sons, Ronald B., 12 E. 4th St.; Leonard, 38 W. 3rd St., and Dennis, at home; a daughter, Sharon, at home. And, a brother, Harry, 57 W. 9th St. and a sister, Ethel, wife of Howard Bigelow, 26 6 N. Manatawny St. and six grandchildren. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Monday from Schumacher and Reber Funeral Home, 359 King St. Officiating will be the Rev. Stanley J. Wagner, pastor of Zion´s United Church of Christ. Interment will be in Highland Memorial Park. A viewing will be 7 to 8:30 p.m. Sunday in the funeral home.
