Notes
a. Note:   Earl H. Strouse Jr. lived a part of his life (1930's) with his Great Aunt and Great Uncle (Henry & Annie Dearolf). His parents (Earl Sr. and Edith) lived with Earl Sr.'s parents (Isaac and Clara) at 550 Willow St. and his Great Aunt and Great Uncle (Henry and Annie) lived at 606 Willow St. These houses were near to each other. He lived with the Dearolf's because there wasn't enough room at his parent's house at 550 Willow St. for him. At 550 Willow St. lived his grandparents (Isaac and Clara), his parents (Earl Sr. and Edith), and his brother Richard and sister Doris. His mother (Edith) was also pregnant with his future brother (Ronald) at the time of the 1930 census. This is why Earl Jr. is not listed "with" his family in the 1930 census. He is listed with Henry and Anna Dearolf as a "son" in the 1930 Census. In Anna's obituary he is listed as an "adpoted" son of Henry and Anna. They never had any children.
