 Mrs. Arline Maurer
 Locust Dale - Mrs. Arline Maurer, 76 Middle St., died early this morning in the Ashland State General Hospital, where she was a patient since Tuesday. Born in Locust Dale, June 2, 1906, Mrs. Maurer, was a daughter of the late Harry and Katie (Shipp) Edwards. Mrs. Maurer was employed by Raudenbush Bakery, Ashland, until her retirement five years ago. She was a member of Grace Evangelical Congressional Church, Locust Dale. She was president of the Women´s Missionary Society; superintendent of the primary department and Sunday School teacher.
 Survivors include the husband, Gabriel Maurer, two children, George (Pat) Maurer, Levittown, and Mrs. George (Jeanette) Jones, of Ashland; three grandchildren and one sister, Mrs. Pearl Schaeffer, of Boyertown. Arrangements are in charge of Kull Funeral Service, 901 Centre St., Ashland.
 Funeral Saturday in Citizens Cemetery, Lavelle.
