 Mrs. Anna L. (Levan) aged 62 years, 2 months and 27 days, wife of Horace W. Bechtel, died of a complication of ailments at her home in Amityville. She was a daughter of the late Charles Z. and Mary (Angstadt) Levan.
 She is survived by her husband and the following children: Mamie, wife of Alex Besson, Fairington, Maine; Dorothy, wife of Paul Smith, Amityville; Emma, wife of W. I. Ashworth, Stowe; John, Pottstown; Charles, home; Jennie, wife of R. L. Ashworth, Lynchburg, VA. A twin brother, George, at home, 17 grandchildren, and the following sisters and brothers survive: Peter and James Levan, Jennie, wife of Israel Swavely; Iva, wife of Frank Frederick; John, all of Pottown; Charles and Lillian, wife of Thomas Diener, Boyertown, also survive.
 She was a member of Sanatoga Grange and Amityville Reformed church. Funeral will be held Sunday afternoon at 2 o´clock at the funeral home of H. R. Houck and Son, 112 North Washington street. Interment will be made in Oak Grove Cemetery, Parkerford.
