 Funeral services for Mae (Edwards) Levan, 54, widow of John C. Levan St., Pottstown RD 3, will be at the convenience of the family on Saturday from the Schumacher and Reber Funeral home, 359 King street.Officiating will be the Rev. Howard A. Kosman, pastor of Zion´s United Church of Christ. Interment will be in Limerick Gardens of Memories. Mrs. Levan was dead on arrival at Pottstown hospital early Wednesday morning. Born in Locust Gap, Schuylkill county, she was the daughter of late Harry and Katie (Shipp) Edwards. She was a member of Zion´s United Church of Christ. Surviving are a son, John C., Pottstown Route 18; two daughters, Anna M., wife of Ronald W. Strouse, 1062 Hale street, and Constance A., wife of Russell Myers, Pennsburg RD 1; three sisters, Arline, wife of Gabriel Maurer, Locust Dale ; Martha, wife of Walter Neiswinter, Locust Dale, and Pearl, wife of Mark Schaeffer, Greshville; and ten grandchildren.
