Christina Herrmann in the 1900 cencus was listed as "servant" in Adam and Katherine Weiss's household, which included their 6 children. In Gregory, South Dakota. b. Rofenfeld, Russia Official Cause of Death- blow to the head. Herrmann family suspicion was that some confrontation between Christina and Mary Isaak resulted in her death. These fights were quite common according to the boys. G.F. Mogck said his mother was in the kitchen when he and the other boys went outside to do chores, about an hour later they returned and his mother was dead.
