a. Note:   eceived medical treatment, the doctor failed to give
 him a Tetanus shot. He developed "Lockjaw" and died about
 a week later. His sister Rita had tried to give him
 something to eat, but he didn't want anything but a cup of
 coffee. He tried to drink it but couldn't, so Rita tried
 to spoon-feed it to him. When he opened his mouth he had
 terrible pain and told Rita to "Go get Daddy". Bibb and Daisy
 had gone into Shellhorn, and Rita went running down the road
 and met them coming back. She told them what was going on and
 they hurried Cody to the hospital in Troy where he died. -tbj3-

Note:  
 Cody and Edgar were going to a friends house in an
 automobile and had a wreck. Edgar was mostly unharmed,
 but Cody suffered a deep cut to his arm. Although he
