 Nicholas(58 yrs) and Katherine(53 yrs) Laszczyk and their children Nicholas and
 Harry, ages 13 and 11 respectively. I mention this because Mary's maiden name
 listed on her death certificate was Lastyk and either spelling could have been
 wrong and the sound is similar.
