  GASTONIA NC - Mrs. Mattie Lee Mosley Ouzts 93, of 2510 East Ozark Ave., died Feb. 11, 1997 at Country Time Inn. A native of Franklin County GA, she was the daughter of the late Sam T. and Della Smith Mosley, and wife of the late James Luther Ouzts. She was preceded in death by sons, Charles, Clyde, Clarence, Robert and Eugene Ouzts, and sons-in-law, Guy Hayes and Otis Jones, Jr. Mrs. Ouzts was a homemaker and member of Maylo United Methodist Church, Ranlo. Survivors include her son, Bill Ouzts of Gastonia; daughters, Mary Nell Hayes of the home, and Gladys Ouzts Jones of Gastonia; sister, Ruth Blackburn of Covington GA; 13 grandchildren, and 15 great-grandchildren. Graveside service at Long Creek Cemetery, Dallas NC. McLean & Son Funeral Home, Gastonia. The Charlotte Observer, February 13, 1997.
