  Greenwood - Nov 5 - Mrs Mary Lucretia Ouzts Boone, widow of W. M. Boone. died Monday at the home of her son, Harold Boone, in Ninety Six after a long illness. She was 72 years old and was born in Edgefield County, a daughter of the late Jacob Ouzts and Frances Corley Ouzts. She had lived in Callison until the death of her husbanding 1942 when she moved to Ninety Six. She was a member of Mountain Creek Baptist church. Surviving are the following children: Gaines Boone, Saluda; Mrs. J. G. Freeland, Greenville; Mrs. C. L. Freehand, Plum Branch; O. N. Boone, Greenwood; Mrs. W. R. Faulkner and Hoyt Boone, Callison; Miss Lettie Lee Boone, J. M., G. H., and R. H. Boone, all of Ninety Six. Also surviving are a brother Zach Ouzts, Callison; 18 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Burial in the Mountain Creek Baptist church cemetery. The State, Nov. 6, 1951.
