  Greenville MS, Nov. 27 [1950] - Mrs. Effie Dantzler, 71, died Monday [November 26, 1950] in the home of her daughter, Mrs. R. A. Wesley, near Greenville. Mrs. Dantzler had been in ill health for a long time. Burial in Greenville Cemetery. She was born in Choctaw County and later lived near Ruleville in Sunflower County. Twenty years ago she came to Washington County to live with her daughter. She leaves three daughters, Mrs. R. A. Wesley, Mrs. Maddie Henderson and Mrs. J. R. Dobbs, and two sons, R. I. Watson and W. C. Dantzler, of Greenville; a sister, Mrs. Nora Faulkner of Guthrie LA, and a brother, W. O. Tedder, Osceola AR. She also leaves 17 grandchildren and one great-grandchild. The Clarion-Ledger (Jackson MS), Tuesday, November 28, 1951.
