  Chester SC - Service for Kenneth B. Ouzts, 51, at First Church of the Nazarene, with burial in New Hope Methodist Church cemetery. Mr. Ouzts died April 25, 1994. Born in Cherokee County, he was a son of Kathleen Lipsey Ouzts and the late Grady Ouzts. He was a graduate of Anderson Junior College and retired from the South Carolina National Guard. He was an employee of Carolina Water Service of Charlotte, a Boy Scout leader and member of First Church of the Nazarene. Surviving are his wife, Betty Allen Ouzts; daughters, Julie Howell of Union, Susan Ouzts of Spartanburg and Emily and Pam Ouzts, both of Union; a stepson, William Simon of Chester; stepdaughters, Helen Dallas and Pauline Bagwell, both of Chester; his mother of Union; and three grandchildren.
