  Greenwood SC, Nov. 8. - Funeral for Horace L. Ouzts, 67, who died in the Greenwood hospital this morning after an illness of a few weeks at Blyth Funeral Home. Interment in Edgewood cemetery. He is survived by his widow, who was Miss Alice B. Demby [sic. Denby] of Tifton GA; four daughters, Mrs. J. L. Duggan, Enigma GA; Misses Katie and Ruth Ouzts, Jacksonville FL, Miss Lucille Ouzts, St. Augustine FL; two sons, Cyrus C. Ouzts, Honolulu, Woodrow Ouzts, Jacksonville FL; two sisters, Mrs. Joe Patterson, Spartanburg; Mrs. W. E. Shaffer, South Greenwood, and one brother, Ed Ouzts, Helena GA. The State, November 9, 1938.
