Survivors include wife, Annie Claire Willis; son, M. Emmett Ouzts, Jr.: 2 grandchildren; a brother, John Ouzts (AZ) and 2 sisters in SC. He was a member of Mulberry Street Methodist Church. Interment: Rose Hill Cemetery, Pall bearers: W. E. Ryals, R.S. Freeman, C.H. Balewon, Jerome Burney, N. Mitchell, Baldwin Martin, W. J. (or T.) Johnson, S Guyton Abney.
