  Greenwood SC, April 3 - James Gary Ouzts, 50, well known farmer of the Kirksey section, died at a local hospital early today after an illness of ten days. Funeral from Friendship church. Mr. Ouzts is survived by his widow, who was Miss Eliza Timmerman of Kirksey; three sons, Furman, Paul and Purvis Timmerman [sic. Ouzts]; three daughters, Misses Ada Bell, Miss Sara and Lela Timmerman [sic. Ouzts], all of Kirksey; two sisters, Mrs. Zach Ouzts of Kirksey and Mrs. L. L. Hastings of Epworth, and five brothers, John E. Ouzts of Greenville, William M. Ouzts of Epworth, Orlando Ouzts, G. N. Ouzts and J. T. Ouzts, all of Kirksey. The State, April 4, 1930.
