  George Ouzts exectued to James Still a Deed of Trust on March 30, 1867, which read in part: "For $10 and natural love and affection for my daughter, Permelia Ouzts Still, wife of William Still, and the children of my daughter, Permelia, I . . . transfer and set over unto the said James Still . . . all my right title, and interest in and to a certain judgement which I hold as plantiff against William Still and on record in office of the Sheriff of Edgefield District in the sum of $800 with interest from December 1866 . . . In trust for Permelia during her life and her children afterwards . . ." Book NNN, Page 19.
  Another Deed in Trust for George Ouzts to James Still for the benefit of his dayghter, Permelia was for a tract of 175 acres on the waters of Mountain Creek, adjoining lands of James McManus, B. F. Boone, and others. The Deed, dated April 5, 1867, was witnessed by Elijah Still and Benjamin Still.
