Escondido CA - Raymond Nelson Outzs, 91, died peacefully on October 13, 2018. A memorial service will be held at Redwood Terrace in Escondido, California on November 3. A graveside service is planned in Coshocton March 16, 2019. He was predeceased by his wife of 62 years Dorothy Sandrock Outzs, and is missed greatly by his brother, four children, three grandchildren and their families.
