Gage (Cecelia) of Wahiawa, HI; a sister, Lynn Cunningham (Darryl) of New Port Richey, FL; niece Jenni O’Dell (Justin) of Marietta, GA; nephew Rick Kalil (Chelsea) of Kodiak, AK; nephew Matt Kalil (Kelli) of Oldsmar, FL; niece Lisa Intraboona (Arnold) of Birmingham, AL; nephew Gage Cunningham of New Port Richey, FL; and nephews Jarek Gage and Adry Gage of Wahiawa, HI.
He was preceded in death by his father, Donald Earl Gage of Paducah, KY; his father-in-law and mother-in-law Levin ‘Toby’ & Bonnie Fewell of Palm Harbor, FL; his paternal grandparents, Ray & Inez Gage of Paducah, KY; his maternal grandparents, Karl & Naomi Meyer of Paducah, KY.
Services will be held at Sylvan Abbey Memorial Park and Funeral Home of Clearwater, FL, on Saturday, January 3, 2015 at 2:00 pm.
