She is survived by a son, Bobby G. Martin; two sisters Thelma Wilso n a nd Janice Hill. Three grandchildren, Brenda Thorpe, B. Gregory an d Bar bara Martin and a great-grandchild, Shawn Thorpe.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Cloyd Martin and a brothe r , Claude Sands
