  Son of William Marion Freshour and Martha Emma Culver. He first marri e d Lusetta May Kelley, in Calhoun County WV, on January 2, 1909. Aft e r the death of his first wife, Lusetta, we married Charlotte Snider , i n Ritchie County WV, on March 28, 1919. Mr. Freshour was retired f ro m Hope Gas Company. He lived to be 80 years old and died of a cereb ra l hemorrhage.
