  Linton, Ind., Oct. 29 -(Special)-
  Joseph W. Turpin, 80 years old, died at 5 o'clock Tuesday night at the Freeman Greene County Hospital. He is survived by three sons, Logan Turpin of Carlisle. Opal Turpin of Worthington and Cecil Turpin of Indianapolis; five daughters, Mrs. Myrtle Bowers of North Vernon, Mrs. Frances Hayes of Carlisle, Mrs Edith Brooks of Indianapolis, Mrs Enola DeLisle of Linton and Mrs. Ollie Crane of Dennison, Iowa; a sister and a brother living in Oklahoma and a brother in Arkansas. The body was taken to the M. J. Aiken & Son Funeral Home.
