  Rites Incomplete For Alderson Man
  ALDERSON (RNS) - James Jackson Buckland, 83, of Alderson died at 8:30 a.m. Wednesday in a Beckley hospital after a long illness.
  He was a retired Chesapeake and Ohio Railroad employe, a veteran of World War I, a member of the Hinton Veterans of Foreign Wars, Modern Woodman and was a member of the Johnston Memorial United Methodist Church at Alderson.
  Born at Judson, April 7, 1888, he was a son of the late John J. and Martha Miller Buckland.
  Survivors include his wife, Ethel Wykle Buckland of Alderson; two brothers, Ivan of Quinwood and Lawrence of Peterstown, and two sisters, Mrs. Viola Goode of Mullens and Mrs. Della Duffy of Hinton.
  The body is at Lobban Funeral Home in Alderson.

  Services Saturday For J. J. Buckland
  ALDERSON (RNS) - Funeral service for James Jackson Buckland, 83 will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in the Johnson Memorial United Methodist Church at Alderson with Rev. N. W. Looney in charge. Burial will be in Green Hill Cemetery at Union.
  He died Wednesday morning in a Beckley hospital.
  Friends may call at Lobban Funeral Home after 4 p.m. today.
  The body will be taken to the church one hour prior to the funeral.
  Pall bearers will be Orville Upton, George Smithson, Richard Simms, Jim Roe, Ed Harris, Leo Conner and Leonard Conner.
