DIES AT AGE 83
Chalmers L. Gibson Taken by Death at Shelby.
SHELBY - Chalmers L. Gibson, 83, died this morning at Shelby Memorial hospital following a long illness.
He moved to Shelby in 1898 and had lived there since that time. An employe of the Ohio Seamless Tube company for 25 years, he retired in 1924.
He is survived by his widow, Mary, and three daughters, Mrs. G.C. Alexander, Mrs. F.B. Stevens and Mrs. William Ballentime, all of Shelby.
Funeral services will be held at the Dye funeral home Saturday at 2:30 p.m. Burial will be in Oakland cemetery.
