Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in Mullican-Little Chapel, with the Rev. Houston Garner officiating. Burial will be in Hebron Cemetery. Pack was born Feb. 12, 1911, in Hinton, W. Va., a son of Charles Lewis Pack and Grace Harvey Pack. He married Marie Buckland Sept. 24, 1932, in West Virginia. Pack was a self-employed carpenter and a member of Hebron Baptist Church. He had lived in Bells since 1973. Surviving are his wife; two sons, Melvin of Bells, Jimmy of Grand Prairie; daughter, Octavia Stevens of Arlington; seven brothers, Harley, Charles, Wilburn, all of Hinton, W.Va., Mike, Curtis, both of Columbus, Ohio, Cletis of Forest Hill, W.Va., Woodrow of Virginia; sister, Pauline Carter of Beckley, W.Va.; 15 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren. The family will be at the funeral home from 7-8 p.m. Friday.
