ROBERT BUCKLAND
Robert H. Buckland, 54, of 24772 Buddy St., died this morning at his home.
He was born April 27, 1921, in Hinton, W.Va. He was married to Frances E. Buckland March 29, 1941, in Christiansburg, Va. She survives with son, David A., at home; two daughters, Mrs. Robert (Lola) Syson, South Bend; Mrs. Willard (Betty) Rucker, Gray, Ky; seven grandchildren and two brothers and three sisters.
Friends will be received after 7 p.m. Saturday at Waley-Mills-Zimmerman Funeral Home and until noon Monday when the body will be removed to the Little Pine Church of the Brethren where services will be at 1 p.m. Monday. The Rev. Murray Young, pastor, will officiate. Burial will be in Little Pine Cemetery.
Mr. Buckland was a member of the Church. He retired because of ill health in January from the Dexter Axle Co. He was a veteran of World War II.
