a. Continued:   Her death certificate indicates that Mrs. Eliza A. Sheedy died at 438 N. Vermont Avenue, Los Angeles. The informant was her daughter, Mrs. Stanley Todd. Aunt Alice wrote that Eliza's birth date was 24 December 1856, rather than 1857 as is indicated elsewhere. Eliza was a resident of California 10 years at the time of her death and interment was made at Inglewood Cemetery.
  Eliza's birthplace is noted at "Concord, Michigan" on the marriage certificate of her daughter, Alice.
