Past and Present of Macomb County, Michigan, by Robert F. Eldridge (1905), pp. 635-636, notes that Phineas Walker settled in Sec. 6 of Warren Twp., Macomb Co., MI in 1836.
I'm not sure this is the same man who was later in Barry Co., but will note this here:

The woman who was 40-50 was probably his wife, and the woman who was noted as being 60-70 might have been his mother or mother-in-law.)
