Stacy Nichols was among those men who signed a bond 14 January 1859, securing themselves for $80,000, to Marshall Co. for the erection of a County Courthouse.
Benjamin F. Nichols (b.1836 in Columbiana Co., OH), O. Nichols, Thomas Nichols, William J. Nichols (b. 1838 Columbiana Co., OH), W.R. Nichols, and Warren Nicholas, also lived in Marrietta Twp.--exact relationship not connected.
