Harbinson was appointed administrator de bonis non [meaning: of goods not administrated] of the estate of John Forrester, and received in writing from James Forrester a written order to convey the Mill tract of land to James Heamill. This was done on 27 December 1853, and recorded in Deed Book W, P.26. Sometime between 1854 and 1860, James moved to Scotland Co., MO where he is found in the1860 census in Mount Pleasant Twp. living next door to William Forrester, who moved there from Tennessee between 1853 and 1854. Note, of course, that George W. Forrester (1803-1896) was a pioneer of Mount Pleasant Twp., Scotland Co., MO in the 1830s. By 1870, James is missing from census records, although we find his wife Ursula and son Thomas in the census that year. They both died in the 1870’s, and were buried in the Parrish cemetery in Glasgow, Barren Co., MO.
