Note: er twin sister, Mary Anna. Their sponsors were William and Elizabeth Groner. No baptism date was transcribed. An October 1898 letter from Ida C. Lodge to her cousin, Mary Jane (Best) Orr in Kansas states that Sarah was sick all winter with Brights disease and that "Uncle Fred and Jerry" went to see her in March. Sarah had been living with her daughter, Mary Mooney, but Mary died in February so Sarah went to live with another daughter, Ella Benner. Jacob and Sarah (Whealen) Weaver purchased a property in Marietta Twp., Marshall Co., IA in 1865 from her brother, Dr. George Wealen. (This is the line of Gail Hocket.)
