Note: he may have been related (perhaps a sister) to Leonard Walker who apparently lived next-door in 1830. Old family notes give his name as Harry Burdett Phillips. However, other notes and records indicate that his middle innitial was W. Notes compiled by Vee Housman (VH) of Youngstown, and census records show he was Henry W. Phillips. There apparently was a man in Niagara Co. by the name Henry W. Phillips, which may account for some confusion. However the 1850 census shows Henry W. and Saphronia Phillips as husband and wife, so these two could, in fact, be the same. Baptist Church records prior to 1838 note Henry W. and Saphronia Phillips. (VH) Henry W. Phillips was a trustee of School Dist. 3, p. 17, 1 Oct. 1831.
