 William, condemned for marrying out of union 24-9-1785, disowned for the same 22-10-1785,
 Reinstated in membership by Goose Creek MM, Va. 30-12-1819, with consent of Fairfax MM, Va.

 William Sr. who was disowned for marrying out of union by Fairfax MM Va. 22-10-1785, the committee appointed to visit him report nothing to hinder his being reinstated and are directed to so inform Fairfax MM, he has offered a paper of account of his fault 2-12-1819 he was reinstated 30-12-1819. His minor children: Keziah, Elisha, Warner, & Phila, received in membership on request of their father 30-8-1821.
  William Holmes of Loudoun Co., Virginia, left a will dated 1841, recorded 1844, which named no wife, son-in-law James Hoge executor, and children in this order:
 Elisha (inherited the home farm in Virginia, etc.) Warner (inherited land in Harrison Co., Ohio) William (inherited $50, because he has already received his share)
