  “The Year 1867, the 23rd of February, at 8 am, in the City Hall of Etroubles, in the Region of Aosta, in the Turin Province, before me, BERTIN Jean Antoine, Mayor of Etroubles, stands before me DUCLY Leonard Joseph, son of the deceased Pierre, agricultor, 47 years of age, born and living in Etroubles, which presented me a baby girl (female), declaring that she was born on the 9th of the same month, at 6am from his wife, TORGNEUR Marie Cécile, daughter of the deceased Etienne. Living with him in the place with the name of Echevennaz (or Echenvennoz), in this city, to which baby was given the name of Marie Rosalie Charlotte.
  This declaration was made with the presence of the gentleman MOSEZ Victor, son of the deceased Baptiste, notarial 50 years of age and POMAT Anseline, daughter of the deceased Pierre, Agricultor, 60 years of age, both of them residing in the city of Etroubles.
