Note: N17 Immigrated to USA in 1907. He arrived on Ellis Island on the ship Campania from Genoa on May 8, 1907.
He became a naturalized US citizen in San Francisco, CA on June 14, 1917.
He worked as a jitney driver (privately owned taxi) in San Francisco, where his son, Eugene was born. Later, he and Gussie moved to Bonny Doon, off the Empire Grade in the Santa Cruz Mountains. There, the family did some subsistance farming.
Later, the family moved to the Springfield District, between Watsonville and Castroville, where he drove tractor and farmed a ranch on Jensen Road.
In the 1940s Tony and Gussie moved to Castroville, where he lived until his death in 1976.
He was cremated and his ashes scattered at sea.
