Note: Married by Justice of Peace. Stayed at motel, it had bedbugs or fleas. Bekah Ann Scott on Facebook, Oct 9, 2017 Wishing my grandpa John Scott a very Happy Birthday. I wish I could be there to celebrate with him, But we did talk on the phone for a few minutes. I love him so much, he has and still is living life to the fullest. He is a hero, lied about his age as a teenager so he could go fight for this great country, fall in love with "his" Ned, traveled and worked, he was willing to do what ever he could and he did it. Four children, four son and daughter in laws, 12 grandchildren, and so far 14 great grandchildren. He spends time each day in his little work shop, creating all kinds of interesting things. He is a quite man, full of wisdom, but he has a silly, funny side, (pretty sure we have all seen the coconut bra pictures) we never know what he will think up to use/decorate his Christmas tree. I love the times he feels like talking and shares his memories with me. I love him so much, they just don't make men like him anymore.
