Note: Martha Bolton Barnes is my grandmother.--Olga Day Ferrell. My father said his mother was a very hard working person. His father was not. She had 16 children. Her 1st marriage was to, John Stone. They had one daughter, Laura Lavisa Stone, born Jan 1879 and died 1957. She married Richard Key Jacobs, and
they had one daughter, Hazel Key Jacobs, who is my cousin.
Martha Bolton Barnes married a 2nd time to my grandfather, James Philemon DAY. I have gotten a lot of this genealogy from Hazel.
(I only find 2 day children in 1900, Robert and Boston. Martha is 49 at that time. MAM)
