Note: state of Mrs Mary Seabrook at Ashley Ferry 2/3/1753. Ben was not named in the 1736 will of Alexander Hext as were the other children of Mary Seabrook. John Seabrook, who named Mary as his mother in his 1743 will was dead by 1753. Perhaps Ben, as a stepson, was just handling Mary's affairs. 4/15/1741 Joseph Jones, Sarah Seabrook Green Jones's second husband, made provisions for Mary Green, infant daughter of his late wife. If Mary were to die, then to John Seabrook, Mary Harvey, Elizabeth Seabrook, and Susannah Seabrook. Alexander Hext was the trustee. Again, Ben was not mentioned.
