1. Title:   Will Book 12, page 250, Essex county - Will of Augustine Owen recorded 10/20/1766, In the Name of God Amen. I Augustine Owen being sick and weak but of sound mind and memory do make and ordain my last Will and Testament in manner and form following in Promises. I give and bequeath unto my son John Owen the land whereon I live
 with all the appertenances there unto belonging to him and his heirs forever. Further I give and bequeath all the rest of my estate be it of any kind or quality whatsoever to be equally divided amongst my seven children, Viz John Owen, Augustin
 Owen, William Owen, Susannah Jones, Jacob Owen, Elizabeth Owen, and Mary Owen, to them and their heirs forever. And in case any of my children should die before they come of age or an equal division is made their portion may be equally divided
 amongst the survivors or their representatives. Further, I give and desire that my son Jacob may have and be justified to one third part of my crop that is now growing more than his equal share of my Estate. I hereby appoint my sons Jacob and
