She was predeceased by her husband, Onville, infant daughter, Lorna, parents, Richard & Agnes Clark. sons-in-law Jack Sinclair & Clifford Jensen, & granddaughter Kelly Jensen. Hazel was born and lived her entire life in the Rouleau District. She enjoyed spending time reading, cooking, crocheting and knitting, playing bridge, and being with people. Hazel was a people person, who had many good friends who will miss her.
