Beloved husband of Shirley (nee Weinsheimer) Ames; devoted stepfather of Dennis (Frances) Cummings; cherished step-grandfather of Todd and Bridget Cummings; loving son of the late Harold and Ruth Ames; dear brother of the late Robert (Mary) Ames; also survived by nieces and nephews.
