Mother: Martha Latimer (1817 in Ballyconnell, County Cavan, Ireland)
I am really excited because I am going to Ireland in July so hopefully I can go to the towns and see what else I might find.

Hi Don - I realized you might want this information for your children......a bit more about the Magees that I found when I was in Ireland.
The copies are really not good because they were handwritten records from the Parish Church but at least it is another piece showing Martha's mother and father and her brother and sister so we are back another generation from what I sent you before.
It shows the birth of Martha's brother John, her baptism date and then her marriage to Dave Magee (her brother John was a witness so it all fits.) I copied down a lot of Magee information that was in the church records from the same town they were from but unless I find someone in Ireland it would be hard to know exactly how they are all related. I hung out at the record's office for two days and it was fun to find things like this. I wasn't able to go to the little towns they were from because they are so small that there was no public transportation and I didn't want to rent a car and drive on those scary roads on the opposite side of the road. Anyway, I just thought you might want to pass this on to your family. All the best, Laurie
